Who we are

Our trading address is PERA Business Park, Nottingham Rd, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire LE13 0PB. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@foundryagency.co.uk or 01664 901025.

What we collect

When you fill in our contact form, book a call, email, phone or message us: your name, email, phone number, company, website, budget range, how you found us and anything you tell us. When you visit the site: technical data such as IP address, browser and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics only if you allow them (see our cookie notice).

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

To reply to your enquiry and talk about working together (legitimate interests, or steps before entering a contract). To deliver services if you become a client (contract). To keep records for tax and accounting (legal obligation). To understand how the site is used and improve it (consent, through cookie settings).

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the business, under contract and only for the purposes above: website hosting and form handling (Netlify), email and documents (Google Workspace), analytics (Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, and only if you accept cookies), and messaging (WhatsApp, Slack) if you contact us that way. We never sell your data.

International transfers

Some providers are based outside the UK, including in the US. Where they are, we rely on UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

Client records: for the length of our work together plus 6 years for tax and legal reasons. Analytics data is kept only if you accept cookies, for the period set in Google Analytics.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to how we use it, ask for a copy to take elsewhere, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@foundryagency.co.uk. We'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).

Security

We use reputable providers, two-factor authentication and access controls, and only people who need your data can see it.

Changes

We'll update this notice when things change and show the date at the top.
