Our averages: agency turnaround times explained

Speed you can check.

These are Foundry's agency turnaround times, as averages: websites go live 5 days after kick-off, Google Ads are set up in 3 hours, Meta Ads in 4 hours, a first PR feature lands in 7 days, and we reply in 20 minutes. They're averages across our work, not promises for every job, and this page explains what each one measures.

We'll reply within the hour (working hours).

What each average measures

Five numbers, each with a plain definition. If we can't say what the clock measures, we don't publish the number.

  • 5 days: website, kick-off to live. From the kick-off call to your new site being live on your domain.
  • 3 hours: Google Ads setup. From the moment you give us access to campaigns ready to go live.
  • 4 hours: Meta Ads setup. From access to your Meta accounts to campaigns ready to go live on Facebook and Instagram.
  • 7 days: to a first PR feature. The average time for a client's first piece of press coverage from our digital PR.
  • 20 minutes: reply time. The average time to reply to a client or a new enquiry in working hours.

When does the clock start and stop?

Each clock starts when we can begin and stops when the thing is done, not when we've sent a draft.

Ad platforms review new ads before they run. That review is outside our setup clock.

Why agency turnaround times are averages, not promises

Some jobs are quicker. Some take longer.

An average is honest about the spread. A simple five-page site can go live faster than 5 days, and a large site with lots of pages, a shop or integrations takes longer. Your plan gives your own dates before we start.

The one promise we make every time is the reply: we'll reply within the hour in working hours. The 20-minute figure is how quickly we usually do it.

What keeps it quick

  • Access on day one.

Ads setup starts the moment we can get into your accounts, so sharing access early saves days.

  • Quick feedback.

The website clock runs from kick-off to live, so fast sign-off keeps it short.

  • One decision-maker.

One person who can say yes stops a project waiting on a meeting.

  • Senior people, no hand-offs.

The person on the call does the work, so nothing waits in a queue.

Questions about our averages

  • No. It's our average from kick-off to live. Bigger sites take longer, and your plan gives your own launch date before we start.

  • The hour is the promise we make every time, in working hours. 20 minutes is how quickly we usually reply.

  • Your campaigns are ready to go live in about 3 hours on average for Google Ads and 4 hours for Meta. The platform then reviews the ads before they run.

  • It's the average time to a client's first PR feature. Nobody can guarantee coverage, and we report every pitch and every result.

  • No. They're averages across our work, never one client's figures. Client results are on the case studies, each with a timeframe.
